If you want to request for a stand at PolarExpo Fishing & hunting, please complete and submit the form below. Afterwards you will be contacted within 3 days for further agreement. (Note: due to summer holidays, inquiries received in the period from 24th June to 24th July not be answered until Monday 25th July)
Stand rental: EUR 167 per square meter (shell scheme stand)
- comes as standard with a rear wall, partition walls to neighbour(s) and fascia board including 1x company name over the open sides.
Registration fee: EUR 336
- covers addition to the exhibitor list of all exhibitors on the stand.
Carpet (blue) per square meter: EUR 15
Power socket (standard 220V/2kW): EUR 95

Furniture package for a 9 square meter stand: EUR 615
- contains: 3 chairs, 1 table, 1 counter, 1 brochure rack, 3 spotlights, 1 waste bin.
Furniture package for a 12 square meter stand: EUR 711
- contains: 4 chairs, 1 table, 1 counter, 1 brochure rack, 4 spotlights, 1 waste bin.
